Legit: Just join matches and play and try and win but is quicker boosting.
Boosting: Get a friend to set up a match join them and win then you will get your achievement.

is it possible to obtain it if your buddy opens a server if that si possible, also can you take the rest off the achievements in the game to be able to get 100% completion

The servers were closed for other game and you can't play online anymore

Same as Host Picks, except Join the Match instead of Hosting one.
The server for this game is now closed and this achievement is no longer obtainable.
