Remember to change setting back to default first.
- go to my corner on the main menu
- select setting's
- press Y and confirm by selecting YES
Now return to the menu and select "Fight now"
Select your boxer
Then choose to fight against "manny pacquiao" you will find him in the featherweight class.
Simply beat him and the achievement will unlock at the end of the fight.
NOTE- THIS IS ALSO POSSIBLE WITH A SECOND CONTROLLER/PAD

The achievements in the Alternate Weight Class Pack are all rather simple and self-explanatory, like the previous DLC instalment. For this achievement, simply defeat Featherweight Manny Pacquiao in the Fight Now mode, yes, with default settings. Just choose a fighter who you're comfortable with and try and control the fight in the best way you know how to.
