How to unlock the Numba One Stunna achievement in FIGHT NIGHT CHAMPION - Definitive Guide
When your opponent's health meter is in the red you have stunned them. A way to "Boost" this achievement is to select fight now, choose Mike Tyson for yourself and any lower rated middleweight. Once the match begins throw only jabs, if you are too close you will throw a hook instead so keep a little distance. Sometimes it's good to hit LB when he gets a little too close. Every time you stun the opponent back away and let him recover. Since you are throwing jabs, you will be on your way to getting this:

This achievement unlocked for me when I got stunned, oddly enough...I'm not sure if the achievement is just sorta glitchy, or if getting stunned also counts towards the 1000 stuns, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Wow, that's pretty funny.

Plug in two controllers, go to fight now and simply stun the non-existent second player as many times as you can per match. Use jabs to reduce the risk of referee stoppage. by about round 7 only 1-2 jabs should cause a stun.

hi is there a way to see how many stuns you have made? thanks

nope unfortunately there's no achievement progress trackers/counters :( when going for the 10,000 jabs you can estimate how many you've done when reading the punch totals at the end of each fight, but with stuns, the achievement will surprise you :)

Plug in two contollers choose mike tyson for yourself and it does'nt really matter who you fight and just keep your distance and hitting your opponent with the left jab, get him in the corner and just keep tapping x because as long as its a left jab it wil not knock him down (even if he is stunned) just dont get to close or you will thow a hook.this solution will also help with the I'm Just Doing My Jab Achievement.

Addition to already good solutions above: it seems that when you get stunned this also counts. I've got my achievement while going for 100 OWC matches. I got stunned by opponent and got it.
Just like ‘I’m Just Doing My Jab’ this should come naturally but if you want the trophy quickly, use the Ali V Tyson method outlined above.
Similar to "I'm Just Doing My Jab", play on amateur and use the sliders to your advantage. Choose a heavyweight, Tyson is a good choice because of his quick jab, and play him against Butterbean. Use the jab to stun (when the health and stamina bars are flashing red) Butterbean. Once he's stunned back off and let him heal. Then stun him again. You can string together 14 stuns in one round, be careful to just throw jabs so you don't knock him down. Repeat until the achievement unlocks.

The trophy is cumulative. After you finish champion mode and legacy mode you will have 200-300 stuns in your account. The trophy can be very easily unlocked by choosing Ali or Tyson against Butterbean, setting 15 rounds of 3 minutes, easy level, making the level of health and stamina visible.
The first three rounds we beat the opponent so that the health scale becomes very small and then in 1-3 hits the opponent falls into the state we need (just be careful, do not knock down the opponent, the first time he gets up, and the second may be the last). On average, you can get up to 16 stuns in 1 round, and in a match you will stun your opponent more than 200 times.
