Start a career in Legacy Mode. Your first fights will be in the Amateur Tournament. Just win all your fights in the tournament to become the tourny champ and the achievement is yours.

Legacy mode. Heavyweight. Save between rounds. Heavyweight fights are faster -- easier to knock out your opponent. I would recommend not trying to get this the first time through legacy -- by the time you've gotten the other achievements, this will be a breeze. Also, there's always the option of lowering the difficulty to amateur and moving the sliders all the way in your favor.

This tournament is the first matches you play in Legacy mode. Just win the tournament and the achievement is yours.
