How to unlock the Man Up Manny achievement in Fight Night Round 4 - Definitive Guide

To get this i use Roy Jones Jr... set difficulty to champion, set time to 1 minute... hit a few times, then block till time's up. good luck

Just use someone who is two weight classes heavier then Manny, and if you really want to put it in diaper mode then adjust the CPU sliders all the way down.

Pacquiao is in the Welterweight division.

When picking characters press to change the settings. Make sure it is on Champion and change it so the boxer settings are all the way up and CPU settings are low. Manny Pacquiao is a welterweight. I would suggest you use Roy Jones Jr. He is in the Light Heavyweight class. This works because the maximum weight class difference is two.
