I'm not sure if you are required to win in the final round or not but that's what I did just to be certain.
You may well get this legit as you progress through the game but if like me, you want it now, here's how.
Simply pick ratface as your opponent. I did this in league 3. Beat him easily in the first round. His weak spot is his head so counter kicks to the head really hurt him.
In round two, take him down to about 25% health. Then, just stand with your arms out, let him do some big hits until your health drops. At around 20% health, put your guard up and let him chip away at your health is until you're certain that you're below 10%. Then kick his ass.
