Freeze (Black Waltz 3 Boss, Kraken Boss, Chimera in Memoria, Wraith in Mt Gulug)
Super bosses - Ozma/Hades both are capable of inflicting multiple negative status effects to all party members with Curse, they also have single target effects such as berserk/mustard bomb/freeze
There are other monsters in game that will inflict status ailments but i did this as a example for those in endgame. Realistically you should get this after you encounter an Ash for Doom.
As for the 'Zombie' effect on Disc 4, I went to visit Esto Gaza only to discover it was blocked off. On my way back to my ship, I encountered a Dracozombie just outside of the place and this thing was spamming a Zombie attack quite a bit that seemed to always stick on the characters it used it on. I already had Zombie done at this point from the Zombie Whale but if anyone is having issues with that, give this monster a try. It looks like a undead dragon and I encountered it more on the grass than the snow.
Here is a list of the effects and ways to self-inflict them at endgame. If waiting until endgame, it's likely you'll have been hit by most of them already. Zidane is a good choice as he'll have been in your party for the majority of the game.

To obtain this trophy you must be affected by all status ailments both beneficial and detrimental. Fortunately they don't all need to be inflicted at the same time.
This trophy can be somewhat frustrating because most of the time status ailments will miss your characters. Just keep trying and eventually the ailment will stick.
Also it is worth noting that some people have reported that the trophy description is wrong and that all status ailments only have to be inflicted on a character in your party rather than all on one individual. However this has not been confirmed and for that reason I still recommend attempting it on one character.
The list of status ailments you must inflict, along with the easiest way to inflict them, are as follows:
Slow: Vivi's Slow spell
Sleep: Vivi's Sleep spell
Stop: Vivi's Stop spell
Poison: Vivi's Poison spell

Heat: Soulcage's Mustard Bomb (Iifa tree - Disc 2), Drakan's Mustard Bomb (Desert Palace - Disc 3), Maliris' Mustard Bomb (Memoria and Crystal World - Disc 4), Tiamat's Jet Fire (Memoria and Crystal World - Disc 4)
Freeze: Attack with Steiner's Ice Brand with Add Status ability equipped

Auto-Life: Quina's Auto-Life spell (learned from Carrion Worm located in Cleyra's Trunk or from Gimme Cat located outside of Daguerreo)
It only needs to affect one party member.
It doesn't have to be just 1 member
To obtain this trophy, you must be affected by all status ailments, both beneficial and detrimental. Luckily, they don't all need to be inflicted at the same time but it's very unlikely this trophy will be obtained through normal gameplay as many ailments are difficult to inflict.

When attempting to get afflicted with a status ailment, it is important not to have the ailment preventing ability equipped. For example: Try not have the Jelly ability equipped when trying to get afflicted with Petrify and Gradual Petrify. Also, abilities like Auto-Life, Auto-Regen, Auto-Float and Auto-Reflect do not count towards this trophy’s progress so do not equip them.
This trophy can be frustrating because most of the time, status ailments will miss your characters. However, it's not necessarily a difficult trophy so keep at it and you will eventually obtain it.
Although not confirmed, it seems that the trophy description is wrong and that all status ailments only have to be inflicted on a character in your party, rather than all on one individual.
There are 26 total status ailments to be afflicted with. This does not have to be all at the same time (and would be impossible to do so). So long as someone in your party is afflicted, it will count toward the total (despite the description specifying "single character"). Most of the ailments you can cause to yourself. Use spells and target your own character rather than the enemies. Obviously with boosters on you can stay alive and get many ailments done at the same time so long as you don't miss. Some ailments will require fighting specific enemies though.
For a full list of the ailments and the easiest way to have them inflicted upon you, see here. Be sure not to have anything equipped that will protect against the ailment you're working on, and be aware that "auto" abilities that cast the ailments at the beginning of battle do not count. They must be inflicted after a battle has already begun.
