I got this when Squall as about level 15 and I was going to Timber.

This one won’t unlock for me.
Just finished Timber, never ran from a battle, surely over 100 kills and nothing.

I am sorry to hear that. Hopefully it will pop soon. I have been reading people have been having issues with achievements popping but I haven't ran into that yet. Every cheeve has unlocked for me when it was supposed to so I don't even have advice on what to do different.
