All you have to do for this achievement is to learn all of the abilities for one dress sphere. I suggest sticking with one you unlock early in the game. Both Warrior and Black Mage are fairly quick to master (I completed both before the end of Chapter 2) and are useful early on before you unlock some of the more powerful dress spheres.
