FINAL FANTASY X/X-2 HD Remaster

To unlock this achievement, you must first get the "Gun Mage" dress-sphere. This is unlocked in the Moonflow during Chapter 1 or Chapter 2. In Ch. 1, you can get it by successfully escorting Tobli's caravan. In Chapter 2, you need to successfully sell 6+ tickets.

Once you have the dress-sphere, an enemy has to use the blue bullet skill against your character that is wearing the dress sphere. At least 5 skills must be learned by 1 of your characters to get this achievement.

These are the skills I found to be very easy to acquire:

1. Fire Breath - Balivarha (Thunder Plains, Moonflow, Cavern of Stolen Fayth, Floating Ruins ch. 3+)

2. Seed Cannon - Leucophylla (Besaid, Calm Lands, Floating Ruins)

3. Stone Breath - Tomb (Djose Temple, Cavern of the Stolen Fayth) or Dolmen (Besaid, Kilika Woods, Mushroom Rock Road, Djose Highroad)

4. 1,000 Needles - Cactuar (Cactuar Hollow - this is only unlocked during the cactuar guardian quest)

5. Storm Cannon - Ironside (Killika Woods, Zanarkand Dome)

6. Blaster - Coeurl (Besaid Cave, Calm Lands, Kilika Woods, other places but these are easy to access and have other BB fiends)

Most of these can also be found in the fiend arena. Again, be sure that the 5 you choose to acquire are all learned by the same character, and the move must be used on that character while they are using the Gun Mage dress sphere to be learned.

Side note: Try to catch as many chocobos as you can while looking for these skills. It will help you with another achievement later on.
