This achievement is missable

This guide gives you a way of paying off Oaka’s debt without needing to grind for Gil.

1. Chapter 1 - the first step is to travel to Lake Maccalania - to complete the ‘Flow that Oaka!’ Quest - make sure you offer him refuge on the Celsius. I believe it may be passive to complete this achievement by not doing so, but this guide wi not cover that approach.
2. You need to save/keep hold of 10,000Gil. The easiest thing to do is complete the Moonflow quest for Tobli in Chapter 2 - if you are following the 100% guide here (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=68558...) then it will give you the details on how to make the most profit (I made 10,000 not the 11,500 they quoted?)
3. Still in Chapter 2, the next step is to travel to Guadosalam - before getting all the outfits for the main story. Once here make sure to SAVE
4. This is the slightly grindy part - and depends on your patience if you want the max profit. From the Save Sphere head right down into the inn(?). Check your current Gil total. Speak to the person by the desk - offering to sell you data for 10,000 Gil. You need to have 50,000 Gil on you, so you have multiple options depending on how short you are. Depending on the clue, it will determine how much profit you can make.

a) ‘It’s the last person you’d expect, no question’ - this is the person selling you the data. Who weirdly will give you the most money - 90,000 profit.
b)'This guy's in a place you wouldn't expect' - 70,000 profit. Guy in the shop(?) behind the counter. There will also be a person standing in there with a red bandana/hat (not them)
c)' It’s a woman’ - 60,000 profit. woman on the top level (often talking to the Hypello) - bottom right corner of the map
d) 'It's someone by the entrance to town' - 50,000 profit - Guy standing by the Save Sphere on the way to the thunder plains.
e) 'I haven't the slightest clue what this guy is doing' - 40,000 profit. Hypello who wanders on the top level

(There are other options but they give even less Gil - it shouldn't take to much reloading to get one of the above)

5. With money in hand return to the Celsius and move to the Cabin.
6. Speak to the barman and sell all your Phoenix Downs (use to change the Quantity by 10)
7. Turn around and buy 99 Phoenix Downs from O’aka
8. Repeat step 7 and 8 until the debt is paid! Each time you do this you will lose 2,300 Gil(?)As you buy them for 48 but sell for 25.

Once this is done Oaka will then sell you items at a heavily discounted price - allowing you to recoup your money! I haven’t looked too much but think the best profit is from Hi-Potions where you can make 7,425Gil each time you sell a batch of 99 items.
