I did 4-5 exhibition matches against the killika beasts as the guide above said without any luck.
Go to Train, then go up to your players shown in formation at the top. To select what is trained, hit "A" on a player.
I trained:
Shinra - Goalkeeping x3
Brother & Paine: Shooting x3
I would not do any more than this, as the players have a chance of building fatigue & getting injured.
Be sure to hit practice after selecting.
After doing this, I did another exhibition match against the Killika Beasts. I won 2-0 without even having the controller in my hand during the match.

I had to play a second match where I also gave 2 training points for Shooting to Buddy, as he was taking all my shots!
The achievement didn’t pop for me, I tired a soft reset and it didn’t unlock when loading the game, but when I returned to the Celsius
