This achievement requires you to find the hidden Aeon Anima which is very easy to do, but if certain things are not done throughout the game can make this tricker, this achievement and by extension Aeon can only be found after being able to travel in the airship which happens at the very end of the game.
1) The first requirement to getting Anima is to use the destruction sphere in all 6 cloister of trials, this is fairly easy and here are guides if needed:
The destruction sphere must be used in each 6 Cloister of Trials, which is a hidden requirement later on and they are all fairly easy to do and only take an extra minute max amongst your first go through, the most important one to have out of the way is the first one in Besaid, if it is not done before getting the Airship then you will have to defeat Dark Valefor before being able finish all trials as you will be ambushed amongst entering Besaid, if not do not threat, but it make this achievement not obtainable for a while as you will either have to grind your stats or grind enough cash to use the Yojimbo trick but for 100% you will have to defeat the Dark Aeons either way.
2) Once that first step is over you'll need to find Baaj temple where the Aeon is located, under the search option you will have to look for the coordinates around X 12-14 Y 58-61. Now its in your list.
3) Shortly after going there you will encounter a very familiar enemy that you fled from at the beginning of the game and have a in water boss fight with Rikku,Wakka and Tidus. This fight is very easy. At the beginning of the battle cast hastega with Tidus and use Wakka's Overdrive which will do a lot of damage with him, combined with Rikku using Thrown elemental items, Fire Gem will do around 5000 HP of the 38,000 Hp the enemy has, it should take no time provided your characters have ok enough stats, they do not need to be anywhere endgame levels.
When the battle is over enter the temple, activate the statues (these are what required the Cloister of Trials being complete) and once going to the Fayth there will be a cutscene and the achievement should pop.

I had an issue unlocking this achievement, if you use "cancel" instead of "confirm" the game doesn't recognize you have acquired the Aeon for the achievement, even though you have and can use it in battle.
On my Gamertag you will notice I unlocked Yojimbo 1 minute after Anima, I used a rename card item and renamed Yojimbo just so I could select "confirm" and this fixed the issue.
