This is received by completing the quest In Defiant Challenge given by Maat. Maat is located in Ru'Lude Gardens at (H-5). You must be level 50 to start this quest.
Maat requests 3 items:
Bomb Coal- These are dropped from from Explosures in Garlaige Citadel.
Exoray Mold- These are dropped from Exorays in Crawlers' Nest.
Ancient Papyrus- These are dropped from Lichs in The Eldieme Necropolis.
Once you return these items to Maat, your level cap is raised from 50 to 55. To unlock the achievement, like with all the other achievements, find one of the Traveling Bards. Their locations are here: http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/wiki/Title_Changer
