How to unlock the Exemplar achievement in FINAL FANTASY XII THE ZODIAC AGE - Definitive Guide
This is a weird one because it's average party level. Which means everyone's levels together have to add up to 300.
So you can have 50,50,50,50,50
Or 60,60,60,40,40,40
Personally I just kept everyone the same level. Everyone time a character leveled up I would swap them out with another character and kept them all consistent.
Bosses do not give xp, only license points so the best way to grind this is to kill regular mobs.
I had a simple Gambit system. Everyone was:
Enemy HP less than 90% - Attack
Enemy HP at 100% - Attack
This would cause the team to attack an enemy at full HP, but then continue to focus on the enemy once they were weak. Sometimes an enemy would take damage and be in the less than 100, but still more than 90 range and I would have to manually tell them to attack, but it wasn't often.
With this basic set up I would just run around and kill stuff. By the time I got all the other achievements my characters were in the 70s so I do not believe you need to focus on this. I tried looking up guides about xp grinding spots, and they exist, but they are all high level spots and I never used them. You will get this long before you need to grind it out

For the gambit set up for this I'd recommend setting your party leader to attack nearest enemy and all other party members to attack party leaders target. This will mean all enemies, even those with 91%-99% hp will automatically be attacked

Just FYI, guest characters do not count, only the core 6. I was at 50x5 and 49x1 while Reddas was my guest character at level 56, which if he was to count would put my party's average level at 50.7 and still didn't have this achievement until that last party member finally hit 50 as well.
