This is the Secret Achievement "Early Riser". Accepting a new fate in a world where everything has changed. After having Noel travel in time to Serah you will control Serah's character in the game. When you go out to the beach it will trigger a Cutscene which you will fight a few creatures on the beach afterwards Noel will tell you that Lightning sent him in turn you begin your quest.
NOTE: It will unlock once you defeat the groups of Nektons & Meonektons on the beach on New Bodhum.
