The, Pants, Party
As we know by now, side-quests are marked with a yellow exclamation point (!) on the map. The first two of the chapter are available right away (though the treasure hunt can't be completed until night) and the second is only available at night.
You will automatically get the first quest to see the dress as you head across the first bridge, so find the dress shop to complete it. The treasure hunt is the second quest. The third quest you can accept from Weskham at the bar at night, and you just need to kill a group of enemies marked on the map.
