After you go on your walk with Iris, you'll notice a side-quest giver will appear outside of the hotel. Speak with Talcott to begin the game-long task of collecting cactuar statues. Each quest will have a certain number of collectibles to find, and this achievement requires you to complete two separate quests - one before leaving for the Disc, and one after returning but before completing the chapter. Refer to the video playlist in the roadmap for their locations.

Note: You will only ever talk to Talcott the one time. After that, each quest starts by finding the first statue and ends upon finding the last.
