At the beginning of chapter three you need to show Iris around town after waking up at the hotel. Simply lead Iris from one point to another to complete the mission and unlock the achievement. The achievement is story-related and cannot be missed.
The, Pants, Party
Your first objective in this chapter is to meet with Iris at the hotel. After the conversation, you are given the choice of going on a walk with her, so be sure to accept and at the end this achievement will unlock. I actually tried to decline her on a second playthrough of this chapter and the walk happened anyway, so this may be unmissable.
