How to unlock the I'm Listening achievement in FINAL FANTASY XV POCKET EDITION - Definitive Guide

Lestallum is the city you arrive in at the beginning of chapter 3. I have broken down the number of NPCs to talk to per general area on the map. You simply need to stand near them to trigger their dialog once for them to count.

This achievement is rather annoying. When you first arrive in this chapter, do not go visit Iris just yet. You will want to walk around the city and bump into every citizen you can find. Once you get close enough, most of them will have a short scripted dialogue (some will talk to you, some to other people). None of these people have more than one piece of dialogue, so after hearing them speak, move on. It took me three trips around the city before I randomly found a guy in a yellow shirt I'd never seen before. The NPCs tend to move around, so he somehow eluded me the first two times.
