This is quite an annoying achievement in my opinion. The bad breath attack is when the boss rears back his head and then vomits some green liquid at you, which if hit will give you debuffs. Now, if you're up in the boss' face doing damage, it is likely this will hit you. What you need to do is run in a circle around the boss and either only let your allies do the attacking, or make sure you only attack from behind for 1-2 seconds while the boss is doing bad breath on your allies. Do not use your Armiger since you can't interrupt it, you'll get hit. Continue this pattern of running in circles and attacking sparingly with Noctis until Ignis throws the item into the boss' mouth which stops it from regenerating, and continue to be cautious. I failed once at this part because I got too aggressive. If you get hit, close your game and reload to try again.
