During the Zegnautus Keep portion of the map. You will need to try and find Prompto and will unlock the achievement after not triggering any combat with patrolling MTs (red cone of vision).

Ah, a stealth section... wonderful. Luckily, this isn't too bad with how simplistic this game is. There are only ever 2-3 enemies patrolling an area, and their routes are very short. Watch the video above for how to properly avoid every patrol. You should be able to get this on the first section the easiest. If you fail, you'll get in a fight with the enemies, so either close the game and reload to try again or just wait for the next section.
