While working through Chapter 4 you will run into the Naga while in the tomb. The Naga spins in a circle before a pool of poison emerges below it. It's quite easy to dodge so long as you are not using your Royal Arms or Armiger. If you do happen to receive poison damage, you can quit out and it will load you back into the chapter prior to the Naga fight.

The, Pants, Party
You will fight this snake boss at the end of the map after your first Chocobo ride. One of her main attacks is to spit a large amount of acid up in the air, which falls down and pools around her body. When she does this, walk away with Noctis and let your allies do the fighting until the acid goes away. Continue this pattern until she is dead. So long as Noctis does not touch the acid, you will unlock the achievement.
