Leviathan is the last battle of chapter six. It is a long process but luckily none of the QTE sequences are too quick. If you do happen to miss one simply close out your game and reload it. It will take you back to before the sequence and you can simply try again.
While the boss-battle is story-related, this achievement is not and can be missed. If you do miss it you'll need to replay the whole chapter.

The, Pants, Party
This achievement is very similar to the Titan's trial achievement from Chapter 3. Be sure to nail all the QTEs on screen and close your game if you fail so you can load back in prior to the fight.
