You may not even need to do this depending on how you played the game prior to tackling the DLC or which play through you are on (I had enough AP for everything after 2 full playthroughs), but for the purposes of just unlocking this particular trophy:

Save your game, reset all Ability Points, put the 32500+ points you now have into maxing all of Leviathan and Ultima's abilities, then reload your save.
