How to unlock the Careful Whisper achievement in FINAL FANTASY XVI - Definitive Guide

This becomes available later in the game by talking to Desiree. Desiree is located next to the hunt board.
You need to earn renown by doing main quests, side quests and hunts. Doing them all as they unlock you should get this right before the last main story quest. In total you will need about 2500 renown for this.

After completing all the side quests, you will most likely be missing two items. You will receive the first by talking to Tharja in the hospital, and the second after completing all the chronolith tests.

The hint above is for the For the Hoard / Hoarder trophy, and for this you will receive everything automatically when you complete side quests from patrons - those who gave you passes.
