This trophy is kinda hard simply because you have a small window to do it in. You have to complete the action WHILE it is charging and BEFORE the gauge maxes out.
First up, upgrade Megaflare, Master it if you want. Upgrading it allows you to charge it to Level 4.
The easiest way to do this is to equip the "Ring of Timely Focus" accessory. This will slow down time and require you to press
as a QTE when it pops up. After that go to Stage Replay and go to Kostnice (the seventh one in stage replay).
Kostnice is super short and will have you go through two waves of soldiers followed by a boss. You'll want to do this with the soliders as when you dodge their attacks your Megaflare bar goes up significantly giving you even less time to do the trophy, and the boss won't attack frequently.
Once started, run into the group of soldiers, preferably near the one that casts magic, and activate Megaflare with the
button and hover around the enemies (taunting them might help, I did not do it however) so they attack you. When attacked you will get a QTE to press which should result in a Precision Dodge and well as your Megaflare bar getting charged by almost a full level, if not one.
Hopefully you can get the enemies to attack you twice again in quick succession for the trophy to pop.
