How to unlock the INSANE achievement in Final Vendetta - Definitive Guide

Here's a code that'll make things easier. On the main menu navigate to options, While the cursor is hovering over the option text, Hold cn_left and then hold down buttons cn_B and cn_Y then press either cn_X, cn_A or cn_start to enter the menu.

To unlock Achievements and Outro with Cheats On: Go to options, select Audio, go to BGM and cycle through to Game Over and select. Resume to the main menu to play the game.

I can confirm it works and you can just play and complete the final stage for the Achievement. You might want to mention to unlock Ultra difficulty you need to complete the game on Hard(just the final stage) with Miller ( The large Wrestling guy)

There's a freebie on the last boss: grab him, do two knee strikes, jump behind him, then jump back. Your character will release the grip and then immediately press block -> the boss will punch you with a two. We block these two blows (these blows have a big disadvantage when blocking) and after his attack we immediately press the buttons, but we don’t complete the series of blows, we just grab him and do everything again.

The game has cheat codes from the developers themselves that do not block trophies!
Hover your cursor over the Options line in the main menu
Simultaneously press the left stick to the left and the following buttons:
Xbox: buttons +
PlayStation: +
Without releasing the combination above, press the button:
