How to unlock the THE MANOR S RANK achievement in Final Vendetta - Definitive Guide
This is more of a solution how to S rank which you can apply to each level.
I've scoured for information and there's not much info on how to S rank, but one thing seems consistent: Don't get knocked down.
Here's a comment that the developers made on the steam community regarding S ranking:
To not get knocked down you have to know the enemies a little well. Stay away from the women with whips and the guys who do sweeping kicks when they get up. Luckily since you have infinite health you can do an infinite amount of special moves like Duke's jumping 360 kick for a bit of invincibility though I'd say you shouldn't rely solely on this since you can still be hit. Try to not leave enemies linger too long or else you'll have situations where they throw molotovs, come stabbing from far away with knives, or the guys who just straight up shoot a gun at you from a bit of a range.
Most stages didn't give me a hard time except the last two. On stage 5 I fell a total of 3 times and still got the S rank, for stage 6 I fell twice but it took me retries of 3-4 hours to not mess up. For the manor stage I'd say try to get all the way up to the boss without falling since the final boss in both forms is pretty annoying and can knock you down twice quickly.

The initial rank is based on the number of times you were knocked down divided by 2. Then I check if the player got through in a reasonable time - if they were too slow then we drop the rank by one. These are the time requirements:
Streets 240000 (4 minutes)
Underground 270000 (4.5 minutes)
Elevator 270000 (4.5 minutes)
Docks 300000 (5 minutes)
Nightclub 300000 (5 minutes)
Manor 420000 (7 minutes)
Then if the player scored a best chain of 200 or more we improve the player's rank by one.
So the best solution is to finish in a reasonable time and to not get knocked down. I'd say first put cheats on for infinite health and drop the difficulty to "easy" since it seems like this doesn't unlock on "casual" difficulty. When you're playing through a level try to not let your combo drop. If you get punched it won't drop but if you get knocked down you'll lose it. In any given level I'd say getting knocked down more than 3 times is enough to start over. Some levels you can't get 200 hits in like the manor because enemies are so spaced out.Streets 240000 (4 minutes)
Underground 270000 (4.5 minutes)
Elevator 270000 (4.5 minutes)
Docks 300000 (5 minutes)

Manor 420000 (7 minutes)
