How to unlock the Brand New Power achievement in Fire Pro Wrestling - Definitive Guide
My strategy for collecting all the moves was to keep beating every match until you stop earning moves from it.
After the two result screens, you will get a message about which move or moves you've unlocked. If you earned moves, then play it again. If you didn't earn moves, you'll just see the message about sending leaderboard data. Move on to the next match. The only bright side here, is that you'll need all that money to pay for the ridiculous amount of similar clothing items for a couple of other achievements.
This worked for me on both the regular game and the DLC. Don't forget to completely exhaust all the matches of each category, including casual, champion, underground and even the title match. Good luck!
EDIT: I've seen some messages and forum posts that make it seem like some moves won't unlock until you're a higher level. I was already level 100 when I really tried to finish getting all the moves, so I wouldn't have noticed if this is the case. If you're sure you've gone through every match and none of them are giving you moves, then try leveling up a little before going for this achievement.
Additional tips:
The game would only give me a maximum of three new moves for beating a match. That's why you have to keep playing the same one until it won't reward you anymore. If you get three moves from a match, you still need to play it again :)
Keep in mind that you learn moves from the wrestler that has that move. Most grapple and strike moves have a regular version and a stronger "EX" version. These appear next to each other on the list. If you have one of them, then you know the name of the other move. So, if you have a karate move and need the "EX" version of it, then try beating Kung Fu Liu / Master Wang to get it. Some moves won't have a counterpart like this.
You don't have to use the move to unlock the achievement. Some moves require one of your stats to be high to use the move. As long as you can read the name of the move, it's unlocked.
I've made a complete list of all the moves in the game, so you can see which ones you're missing. I'm not listing the "EX" version of the moves. I'll just mention in the heading whether the entire category has "EX" moves or not.
Moves with * are DLC moves and are needed for the "Brand New Power" achievement, but not for the "Crackerjack" achievement.

thanks for the list!
just as i frightened expected: after repeating each match of the dlc til i got no more unlocks from it ,i´m still missing 10 of new moves.and it seems like i gotta get em all except 1or2 from the kungfu guys...even when they were level30 they kicked my ass.....
can u confirm that it makes a difference wich of those multiple opponents u pin to win the match ?

Sorry, I can't say for sure. I got moves no matter which one of them I pinned. In the legendary matches, I sure found it easier to pin Kung Fu Liu so that's who I beat most of the time.

To add to oneshot's solution, make sure you win by both pinning Kung Fu Liu AND master Wang. I was missing moves and beat this match along with others over 5 times trying to unlock what I was missing. I finally unlocked it when I pinned master Wang in a match instead of Kung Fu Liu. If you need a tag move, make sure you play all tag, 2v2, and 1v2 matches. Good luck!

I just need Sidekick Combo (front grapple) and Charge Fajin. Any idea which match I can get them from? I've pinned Kungfu Liu and Master Wang 2x each and don't want to fight them anymore unless I absolutely have to.
I also pinned Karate Chopper and Swan Luca 3x to get their moves. Some of the matches don't give you moves, like the Wicked Little and Evil Giant match. I'm Lvl 100. Thanks.
