I've not played any of the original Fire Pro games, but a thought that came across my mind a while ago was if Survival mode was somehow "locked" in those and maybe there's a requirement.

I have a theory am going to try it out this weekend. Will let you know if it works

This isn't a mode to be unlocked. It's a bonus stage that should appear just like the other two but for some odd reason isn't. I for one refuse to buy the legends add on until they fix this problem.

The only thing I can think is maybe you have to get max score on the first types of bonus stages? The only time I got 2.99 secs the game froze at the results screen though.

I had 2.99 on all 3 rounds and and also kicked the opponent down in 1,still no other bonus stages though,it must be glitched.i wont be getting legend pack til this gets patched either

There should be 3 Bonus Stages but seems like we always get the same 2. Maybe the 3rd is a secret, not glitched?

Hilarious. I post this to warn people of an unobtainable because everyone else kept their mouth shut, but it still gets a negative. Lol! You negative nancys are too much!

And like a couple of people have mentioned, it doesn't seem like the missing bonus stage is secret / unlockable because it's the first one mentioned in the in-game guides.

The only way I see this getting resolved is by complaining to the right person, if we could find out who that is.

So lets say for argument sake it's not glitched and it's hidden in the game. If you go to the help menu you see their is a description of a bonus stage called survival. It says in a 1vs3 match see how long you can go without getting hit. So I thought maybe if I play five 1vs2 matches maybe that would trigger the bonus stage. No luck, maybe 1vs3 but I doubt it. I think the survival bonus stage is in there but something has to trigger it ... or maybe I just believe that a game company would make an achievement thats not glitched.

Has anyone tried to play locally 4 player - multiplayer games and see if it shows up?

I'm investigating this now. I'm not terribly familiar with FPW's achievements, but hopefully can find something out for you all.

I was able to verify that this achievement has been awarded 28 times to date. It is not glitched and is awareded very randomly. I am asking that the randomness be reduced if any patch/title update is worked on, but no guarantees.

Between the achievement data, and a code review, I can confirm it is not glitched. I can also confirm it was a horrible implementation of a very low odds randomization, and no patch is currently in the works. Anyone tried a max luck build yet? I'm not sure if that would help, still looking into it as I'm curious myself. Also, check my tag - in addition to my job I'm fairly competant at achievement hunting, so would hope for a bit of trust :).

I do not doubt you at all JORAX. I am glad there is some hope in this achievement. I do not know how much more of this game I can play.

Sorry, people. Side Business achievement is unobtainable and it always has been. It's true. Even the Bottoms avatar award doesn't exist either. Microsoft has indeed confirmed these are the primary cause of why they cannot be unlocked and therefore if you buy all parts for the avatar for the game, avatar awards Bottoms will never unlock. You can try both male and female, but you will never receive the Bottoms avatar awards. No one has that avatar award and no one will ever get Side Business achievement as Spike Chunsoft disabled the achievement for the sake of all humanity. Fire Pro Wrestling loses an achievement, reducing the max achievement list to 22 for 235G max. Sorry.

There is one guy on here who has this achievement his not even maxed out this game so I don't think his a modder/hacker probably ask him how he got the achievement maybe you'll get the answer.

Jorax I do completely doubt you. This achievement is not attainable. The only people that have it, have hacked it. I talked to a person who has it (the only person on this site who does) and they said they got it randomly while their game was lagging... Unlikely. I don't know how you believe you can confirm this is not a glitch. Either way, the achievement might not be a glitch, but the fact is you can not get the Survival Bonus Stage to pop.

I have talked to many people who have 100+ hours in the game 100+ online matches along with everything else. No one knows how to get it to pop. On a forum someone actually had e-mail correlation with a developer who looked into it. They said it is not a glitch and it is designed to be random and rare. I call BS considering it is the first stage mentioned in the Help, and it is so rare NO ONE has EVER seen it. Even people who have it (the achievement) can't confirm they played the match.

I think the developer just does not want to pay the $40K to release a patch to fix this issue. Which completely sucks. I refuse to pick up the DLC and give them any of my money until they fix this glitch.

@Viper how were you in a party with him when he won it offline? No one can prove it either way so at best/worst it is very shady that he obtained it.

I feel bad for people who've put hours upon hours into this only not to be able to get the cheevo because the devs screwed up. Not only because of the frustration about that, but putting yourselves through hours of this shitty game.

As of today 224 people worldwide have this achievement. This represents 0.27% of possible players of this game. The 3rd bonus stage is definitely not glitched, but INCREDIBLY randomly given out, far lower than intended. No patch is currently scheduled, but if one is worked on I will push for this issue to be addressed.

TheLion, did you notice all the people on that site who have that achievement earned it offline? Seems pretty shady if you ask me. Jorax, anything you can do to help would be appreciated.

To have one more proof that there is something not right and we need a patch...

I know that the "Side Business"-Achievement DOES NOT require to be Online, but like you said: It does look more than shady, still these people are recognized as having the Achievement and therefore maybe reduce our chances to get this patched.
Microsoft can look at it like "Ok, there are people who have it, stats do not lie, the other gamers just need to try again and again..."

But there is also one gamer who won it Online, but looking at the time stamps...

I also had a nice little PM conversation with JORAX (Thanks again, keep up the good work ), and sadly he can't do anything for us, he at least convinced me that the Achievement is rare and not glitched|unobtainable!
He told me that maybe 5-10 gamers would have unlocked it, if it was really unobtainable, but not 224 gamers!
I mean: I can't imagine that all of the 224 people who have it are a) hackers and b) Microsoft would let them get away with this!

He also confirmed once more that the developers and producers know about the very low odds randomization for this bonus stage, but yeah: No working on a patch.

Jorax stop with the non sense. It is not "INCREDIBLY randomly given out, far lower than intended." Well, the second half is right because never is probably far lower than intended. The game is glitched. No one who has (won't even say earned) that achievement has gotten it by playing all 3 bonus stage. NO ONE HAS SEEN THE 3RD BONUS STAGE.

Attention peeps I'm sorry to inform you all but the players that have earned all the Achievements including The 250G for The Fire Pro Wrestling game They've Hacked/Modded it.

I've leaned that Spike Chunsoft had refused The Updates & patches to fix it. I saw the list of people that have meant to of completed it. Its a bit odd how it comes up with 0% of players that have this tracked & its a bit weird of how I currently have someone on my FR with the GT Fire Pro Girl who I met last night in a multiplayer Tag Team Match... I checked the person out because it was strainge of how she won & at the same earned every achievement.

I can't prove it but the player may have also got the bottoms & its only Fire Pro Wrestling the person has played.

Its in cases like this where I think cheating SHOULD be allowed if our money can't be refunded. Such a disappointment ...

If it's unobtainable then that's exactly what it is. I don't think cheating is the answer.

Coming back after all these years to read these comments and be disappointed.

It looks like someone unlocked it, but hasn't completed the game so is this obtainable now? I'd assume if it was a cheater they would have completed the game not just unlocked a few achievements.

I just found someone who unlocked this on March 15 of this year, so either the one guy who had it before is no longer tracked or something funny is going on.

One person has this game completed. So is it finally obtainable?
