How to unlock the Wardrobe Master achievement in Fire Pro Wrestling - Definitive Guide
In total you will need 513,000g to unlock all the costumes in the main game.
To see how far along you are, you can check in your locker room or on the leaderboards.
The best way I found to grind this out was to keep replaying the Title Match at the end of the game.
Now you have 2 options for going at this:
1. You can keep beating him swiftly with a level 70+ character in about 2-3 minutes. This will earn you about 3500g and unlock a few moves each time.
2. Run out of the ring and taunt. Wait for him to chase after you and keep taunting. When he goes back in the ring, stop taunting and get yourself counted out. This will earn you 1575g and take about a minute including loading times.
Now method 2 is alot quicker but of course you will have to go back and grind more if you haven't unlocked the majority of the moves available.
As for making all the costumes available for purchase, you should have the majority by the end of the campaign. If you're missing some you should go back and replay matches with multiple opponents and get the pin on characters that you didn't before. This will also unlock some of the harder to get moves.

Finishing the campaign doesn't unlock all the costumes for purchase for me, not by far,

Try doing all the other achievements first. Maybe multiplayer unlocks some.
