Fire missions make up the bulk of the game. They involve putting out a fire. 
This will likely be your first achievement. You will get this using the Florian 1. All the fires here are small - a box, crate or hay bale for example. A fire extinguisher is located at the back of the vehicle. Use
to open the doors then 
to equip the extinguisher. Then aim at the fire and use 
to put it out. Easy!
