This unlocks for completing the Prologue at the start of the game. Firework is a horror puzzle game, that requires you to interact with the environment to collect clues and solve puzzles (similar to a point and click adventure). There are no major puzzles in the Prologue as the game introduces you to the world.

Big flag that hopefully no one else runs into: These do not pop for me normally no matter what I do, I have had to reinstall several times but what I found works is waiting on the screen that immediately ends the chapter for the achievement to pop. They either pop right away or show up after closing the game.

All Achievement in this game are for completing chapters, and so are story related.
This achievement is for completing the prologue, Debt.
I found that after completing each chapter and doing alt+Tab to go on other screen will force the achievements to pop up after a few seconds.
