A cake boosting, near impossible otherwise

You must roll Personoid, then on the first level get lucky for the syringe to be there, and grab it without being seen. Then you need to roll Gardens, Resort, Mall, or Personoid Quarters next. Proceed to Syringe three people here, then on the last floor you need to grab the last syringe and kill the last human.

Considering you have a partner that may kill someone, people can be ejected, and the resident can escape anytime...this is near impossible without boosting.

Syringing your personoid partner nullifies this

In total, a maximum of 4 syringes can spawn during the game: 1 - in the lobby, 2 - on the main map, 1 - on the CIIS. With an uncertain chance in the lobby (at the first level) the syringe sometimes does not spawn, also only 1 syringe spawns on the "Casino" map (second level)

Syringes are saved when moving to the next level! So take the syringe at the first level and go with it to the second, if there are not two syringes there, make other trophies or reboot.
