In your customise tab, you need to buy 100 individual items using your TP.
The cheapest way to get this is by buying baits, especially on the carp fishing side. Spinners and Predatory lures are more expensive.
Once you've bought your 100th item, the achievement will pop.

To earn this trophy you have to purchase 100 pieces of clothing from the games store. All Items purchased from these categorys, Tops, Legs, Footwear and Accessories will count. All Fishing equipment purchased in the store do not contribute towards this achievement.
You can earn decent amounts of TP from single player tournaments. You will still get TP for repeating tournaments.
