This achievement can take many hours over multiple weeks, or it can be done in less than 20 minutes. I will tell you the short version.
At the main menu tab over to the online leagues, there will be four events to choose from. Click to start one of the events. As soon as your character is spawned in press
to bring up the menu. Choose the bottom option, make sure to press 
to pause. This will back you out to the main menu. Then click on the same tournament and start again. It will load you into the same tournament minus the time that you used the first time. Rinse and repeat, as soon as your character has spawned in 25 times you will get the achievement, it should take less than 20 minutes depending on your load times.
Pro tip: This is how to get ideal water temps. and to reload the big fish. It is what everyone is using to get the higher scores.
