You don't actually need to watch the entire tutorial videos.
If you want to get a quick achievement registered, or have no interest in watching the tutorials, simply load up each one, then press B to back out to the menu.
After loading up and leaving the final tutorial video (7 in total at time of writing), you'll earn the achievement.

From the home screen select 'Tutorials', load up each tutorial then press circle to back out, you don't have to watch the full videos.
