If like me you don't really use the boats then this can be long and boring,
Pick your fastest boat and then go on a fishing trip on your biggest lake and rubber band it.
Luckily I had the dlc and used the bass cat puma boat that does 75mph but even with that this acheivment takes around 2 hours, without it the achievement would take around 3-4 hrs of constant driving the boat.
It will pop as soon as you reach the milestone so no need to worry about having to end the session for it to count.
