The key information here, is that they do not have to be unique tournaments, making it a lot easier.
I got 7 unique golds, then ran three tournaments I'd already beaten to pop my achievement.
Any of the base entry tournaments you'll gold without trying. The easiest I would say in my experience were the Talon/Kerr DLC ones.

To obtain this trophy you have to win 10 single player tournament gold medals. You don't have to win 10 different single player tournaments, you can win the same tournament repeatedly if you wish.
