This is a really easy achievement just don’t use your flashlight. I did the on my first run of the game and didn’t use the flashlight for the rest of the achievements. There are two instances where you have to turn it on. One when you receive the flashlight and you have to press X to toggle. (I don’t think it actually turns on) And night 3 when running away from Bonnie an in game cutscene will play where Oswald turns on the Flashlight.
