The description for this achievement is misleading. In order to unlock this, you only need to reach Level 10, not pass it. Each level is a puzzle you need to solve, but they are very direct and unambiguous. Three things you need to remember:
 
  • Collecting the gear opens the exit door. On levels with no gear (6, 8, and 9), the door is already open
  • Liquid collected from the flask and dispensed in the tank gives access to the lever (there are two different color liquids in Level 6)
  • Toggling the lever opens the barrier in order to proceed to the exit of the level
Play through each level, using the video below if you get stuck, and all the achievements will unlock naturally by the time you reach Level 10.
