On Level 7, once you’ve dispensed the red liquid into the tank, drop down to the lower level and toggle the red switch. This will immediately shoot a slow-moving fireball from your left towards you, which will unlock the achievement.
To avoid the fireball, quickly move to the right, jumping over two wooden crates, pass through the barrier and toggle the second red switch to close the barrier.
