On Level 3, after Red liquid (100G) unlocks, continue to collect the gear then jump on the second platform. Stand in front of the small tank and press :1rt: to dispense the red liquid into it which allows you to use the red lever to open the red barrier. Jump over to the lever and press 
to open the door and unlock the achievement.
To destroy the second crate, collect the red liquid once again and shoot another fireball at the crate.
