Easiest way to get this is to head to quick race and set damage modifier to 0%, Choose your car and track and complete the race,(unlocked for me finishing in 3rd) but others may have other results

You will most likely get this by completing the first Derby Class Time Trial event, “Bruxton River Run” in Career Mode as long as you don't hit any walls.
