I dont know if this will be patched but it worked for me.
I collected enough materials to fully upgrade any equipment. But I havent got enough to max all at the same time.
I upgraded my helmet and Once I got the achievement I went to the xbox homescreen with
and quit the game.
Then I started it and I got all my materials back. With that trick I put all my equipment to maximum.

isso é verdade, se você não tomar cuidado não conseguirá pegar as conquistas de atualizar cada um dos equipamentos ao máximo. o correto é escolher uma arma desde o inicio e atualizar apenas ela, no meu caso atualizei o machado de fogo, o capacete de bruxo, granada de choque, pistola de nor e o primeiro mosquete que ganhamos com isto você já ficará sem recursos, mas poderá atualizar o martelo com as joias que pega nos baus pois este martelo não precisa de recursos.
