How to unlock the Fully Furnished achievement in Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn - Definitive Guide

Basically this happens when you have unlocked all people that sit around the campfire ( you talk to them to upgrade your gear) You also have to complete the side mission at the mansion.

Four followers. Baz, Jung and Luca are recruited during the story at Three Peaks. Johara is recruited at Wanderers Rest after you defeat your evil clone (also linked to an achievement). All are story related.

I am not sure if all Sapper quest are required as well but Lucas and Joharas are definitely required (Cereith Family saga achievement). You unlock Joharas Sapper Quest only after you completes Lucas quest.

You will automatically upgrade your campsite by convincing new allies to join you and completing their respective Sapper side-quests. They all join as part of the story and are unmissable, so just follow the guide linked in the Road Map for when the quests unlock, and see The Home Front (30G) for more info as well.
