Parry her is really easy, you have a huge time frame to do it. I did with the hammer and parry.

3 axe hit animation followed by the firearm
Cheese definitely the way to go ! Also added a little Enki curses while doing so lol

What I did was

Hit her with my axe 3 times so I pressed RB x 3

Then she will start to attack you

so I pressed RT which fired your gun and with that then stuns her for a split second

Hit her again with your axe RB x 3
And again press RT to fire you gun to stun her

Keep repeating untill she is dead

Be careful on average she should attack after the third hit BUT as long as you watch out for the red aura around her press RT as fast as you can so you can stun her
