I've found that the location in the screenshot below is the easiest/earliest place to consistently get the Land Surfer achievement in Flintlock: The Siege of Dawn. There is a massive slide in the Three Peaks area in the bottom left of the map. Simply activate the skulls in the area to activate the rifts, teleport up to the top and slide down all the way untill the achievement pops.
