Fastest way to die is falling from a height. The Jagged Ascent checkpoint in Wanderer's Rest is a good place for this as you can quickly jump down, die, spawn, repeat.

I can't get this archievement. I can't believe that it's so hard to get a dying archievement. XD

make sure your not on story mode, get over time by dying or can be done as soon as you run into the undead in tutorial/begining of game. just let them kill you 10 times

The, Pants, Party
This one is pretty self-explanatory and should come naturally as you play the game. If you're somehow incredible at these games and never die, just stand in front of an enemy and let them kill you. If you had any repuation when you died, be sure to retrieve it.
